چکیده
The North Serayu Mountains form a tectonically complex transition zone between the Southern Mountains volcanic arc and the North Java Basin, shaped by subduction-related deformation, sedimentation, and Quaternary volcanism. This study delineates subsurface geological structures and evaluates gravity edge-enhancement filters using Global Gravity Model Plus Free-Air Anomaly data at approximately 200 m resolution and ERTM2160 topography. A mean Bouguer density of 1.9611 g cm-3 was estimated by the Parasnis F–H method. Complete Bouguer Anomaly values were obtained through Bouguer and MAETEC terrain corrections, followed by regional–residual separation using upward continuation at 4000 m, selected from sensitivity tests between 1000 and 5000 m. The residual anomaly was analysed using First Horizontal Derivative, First Vertical Derivative, Second Vertical Derivative, Analytic Signal, Tilt Derivative, and Theta filters. Complete Bouguer Anomaly values range from 22 to 108 mGal, whereas residual anomalies range from −17 to 31 mGal. The results reveal polydirectional structures dominated by west–east to northwest–southeast lineaments, with secondary northeast–southwest trends. A major structural corridor extends from Mount Slamet through Dieng to Mount Sindoro–Sumbing. Tilt Derivative and Theta provide the clearest and most continuous boundaries; horizontal and vertical derivatives sharpen local contrasts but are more noise-sensitive, and Analytic Signal better localises compact sources. The recurring corridor likely represents concealed faults, lithological contacts, or crustal-block boundaries that may influence magma ascent and hydrothermal-fluid migration. These findings support geothermal assessment, geohazard analysis, slope-stability studies, field validation, and future three-dimensional subsurface modelling in Central Java
